About Us

Part Two Properties, LLC was founded in 2018 when co-founders Pennie Heath and her partner and husband, Mark Giancola, decided to put their joint love of houses to work.  Since 2018, Part Two Properties has renovated and sold 9 extremely ugly and dirty houses and renovated them restoring their charm and beauty.  Although we want to save every single thing we can during the renovation, we do believe in adding modern conveniences that busy families need.  During the past year, we have also learned to love historic preservation and are busy educating ourselves on best practices to save these old houses and preserve their unique features and the craftsmanship that will be gone forever once it is removed. Part Two Properties was born because, like people, we believe that every house deserves a PART TWO!
